「The property was very well-appointed and clean. The area was transitioning and there were many places that looked unsafe. There was a set of blinds on one window that would not go all the way down, so that made me nervous. I propped things up against both doors for added security. Surprisingly I slept straight through the night which lets me know it was quiet and peaceful that night. I would try it again, though. 」

「My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of...

「Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. 」

「We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

「Property was great! Two small things that need to be change; 1. Closet needs an actual closet hanging bar, the curtain rod is not sturdy and insufficient to hang clothes during stay. 2. Need a real deadbolt.」
