"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"Very good spa center with mineral water in the lovely mountain area of Bulgaria. The hotel facilities are properly sized - you do not have the feeling of overcrowded area. The staff is nice and smiley. Inside the rooms and in the common areas is very clean. We will visit again at first possibility. "
