Vacation Apartment "Insel Reichenau" with Terrace & Wi-Fi

Only a few steps away from the western part of Lake Constance, the vacation apartment "Ferienwohnung Insel Reichenau" is located on the Reichenau island in an idyllic location. The island is known for its vegetable cultivation and as a world heritage site and is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions around Lake Constance. The modernly furnished vacation apartment (accessible via 3 steps) scores is pleasantly cool in summer. The apartment has a living room with dining area and sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom with large shower. 2 persons will find enough space on the 55 m². Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a DVD player. A baby crib and high chair as well as toys and children's books are also available upon request.
On the large, semi-covered and private terrace with seating, you can start your day relaxing with breakfast. Prepare delicious meals on your grill to enjoy with your loved ones. On the property of the vacation home there is also a pond with currently 13 fish and a water fountain. The terrace is fenced, making it pet-friendly.
You can reach a restaurant within a 2-minute walk (180 m) and a bakery for fresh rolls in the morning after a 10-minute walk (900 m). On foot or by bike, you can easily reach all the island's sights within a few minutes, including the monastery (1.4 km), the Minster of St. Mary and St. Mark (1.9 km) and the Church of St. Peter and Paul (4.5 km). A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation (500 m). From the jetty, 1.8 km away, you can make beautiful boat trips in Untersee and on the Rhine. Other worthwhile destinations in the vicinity include Constance (9 km) and the flower island of Mainau (13 km).

Für Ferien mit Hund viel Fläche zum Auslauf direkt vor Ort.
Cons: Leider halten sich die Autofahrer selten an die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung, gerade im Dunkeln. Straßenbeleuchtung mau und somit war eine Straßenquerung manchmal "schnell erforderlich".

Super Fewo für 2 mit Hund
So liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Und mit dem Hund hat auch alles prima geklappt. Von der Fewo über die Straße und man kann sofort über Wiesen laufen gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und im Hochsommer herrlich kühl. Die Terrasse ist oft im Schatten, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Der Garten zur Mitbenutzung ist sehr gross und sonnig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist nur zum empfehlen.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und nett,. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber.und mit vielen keinen Asesvars ausgestattet, da fehlte es an nichts.Wenn man fragen hatte (wo man was auf der Insel findet ) wurden sie sehr freundlich beantwortet. Es gibt nix Negatives Es war alles in bester Ordnung Cons: Das Bett war gross und geräumig , nur die Matraze ist viel zu weich ,nix für Leute mit Rückenprobleme , da wäre eine neue und Härtere Matraze sehr sehr sinnvoll.

Pros: Die Wohnung hat ein großes, sehr schönes, modernes Bad. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Umzäunte Terrasse, ideal mit Hund. Von der Terrasse Blick ins Grüne. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Schöne Wohnung und super nette Gastgeber.
Pros: Die eingezäunte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Weinberg lädt zum verweilen ein und ist für eine Reise mit Hund bestens geeignet. Die Gassirunde beginnt direkt vor der Haustür und der große Garten vom Gastgeber reicht fast bis zum Seeufer und darf mit genutzt werden.

Ganz süße kleine Wohnung, kuschelig.
Pros: Der kleine Fischteich vor der Haustüre ist sehr schön und für Kinder interessant. Die Wohnung ist relativ modern gestaltet und war mit zwei kleinen Kinder ganz ok bis auf die Stufen. Leider gibt da keine Jalousien. Im Großen und Ganzem war der Aufenthalt dort aber sehr angenehm.
