「The hotel was in good location, had a great breakfast. In the room, there was a constant beeping sound. We have complained once and it was fixed for a while. But when we came back to the room in the evening, there was the same beeping sound in the room again. We tried to call the reception but phone line was also broken. 「I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around...
