「Hotel was under construction so lobby had a staging area for remodel materials. Pool was out of commission and was being used as storage for the renovations as well. Staff was very friendly and professional, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Sheets and bedding were good quality& pillows came in 2 types of firmness. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Many choices at the breakfast provided with plenty of time to get food before they closed the kitchen. We will stay...

「Super clean, cozy, eberything I needed, breakfast was a complete array of good items, ranging from scrambled eggs, to toast, bagels, waffles, cereals, muffins, etc.. Would definitely come back here if I ever come back to the west coast.」

「ラッセン火山国立公園に行くために泊まりました。プールが温水で、夜でも入ることができ（７月）、子供達が大喜びでした。タオルもプール用を貸してくれました。部屋も広く、古い感じもしないし、清潔感がありました。とてもよかったです。朝ごはんは普通のアメリカの朝食です。」

「Booked a room with 2 queen beds as we were 3 adults and a teenager traveling. Unfriendly and disinterested front desk person put us in a room with a queen and a full. It may sound nit picky but I paid for two queen beds. Kids fell asleep on the queen before we realized the second bed was smaller. We sucked it up as it was late. When I talked to the front desk in the morning, they didn't believe that they had any full beds so I got a minimal apology. We got there around 8:45 pm, and the pool was...
