"Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, I asked for a couple of extra items and they were so accommodating. Beautiful old building but now done to the highest standards. Fabulous breakfast too. Bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean. This was my second visit. I hope to go there again soon. "

Quiet location, parking appears limited at first sight but the hotel will tell you where you can park if you arrive when the restaurant is busy. Staff all very friendly, welcoming and professional. " The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. "Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very varied. Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel. Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine. Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights. Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building. Hotel in a good location for town, beach and tram"

"I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. Super helpful on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival after midnight I expected everything to be closed up - but to my surprise they had top Belgian beers on tap for that welcome drink Staff should be commended for their attitude towards guests - I wish other hotels were like this. Well Done !"

"Duke's Palace was a wonderful find for my wife and me. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the staff were ultra polite and helpful. We stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. Amazing room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, delicious breakfast and close to the town center, restaurants, and all major attractions. 15-20 min walk from the train station. Could not have been happier!"

"This is such a lovely hotel, the room was amazing, staff very friendly. Very clean. Great breakfast food choice of fresh hot and cold food. Really nice decor - the terrace by the canal was a nice place to have our complementary drink and nice touches like chocolate when you arrive and biscuits when you leave. We had a great time thank you! Also very convenient for attractions and close to station. Everything was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. "

"This was my wife and I first stay in Bruges and our stay at this hotel made the visit more the memorable All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained as was the whole hotel.The underground car park was very convenient albeit a bit tight getting my car in and out of the lift! Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of menu. The bar and reception was a real treat with a relaxed feel in beautifully decorated and furnished rooms. It seemed popular with both guests and visitors. If you're looking for a relaxed, luxurious hotel in a prime location in the heart of Bruges that offers great value for money, then I'd fully recommend a stay here "

Weekend stay at the Navarra

"An excellent stay at the Navarra. The hotel is spotless and the staff are a credit to it. The hotel is situated a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Brugge and easy distance to the transport systems. After a hard day sightseeing and shopping you can relax in a very friendly bar being run by “Frankie”. He has a wealth of local knowledge and a very competent photographer. Thanks for the suggestions on photo locations. "
