Hotel staff intimate they have outsourced it to the shack at the back of hotel. They haven’t, it is owned & run by same hotel. "Whilst the property is outside central Lisbon, it is virtually next door to the Metro and a very short ride to the centre. Otherwise you can stroll down the wide avenue to central Lisbon with all the haute couture shops. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Staff welcoming. Great breakfasts. It is clear PortoBay hotels run a happy ship! I will have no hesitation in booking with PortoBay hotels again."

"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."
