「Great stay」

「Have stayed in this immediate area about 20 times, but first time on this property. This one’s a keeper! Perfect spot for 2 people (although it DOES sleep four). Recently remodeled…actually better than pics show! Owner…and employee(somebody always around doing something around building) are very responsive if you need anything. Some properties are empty of various items when you check in. Was thrilled that owners believe to leave things in cabinets from previous guests like coffee, syrup, shower...

「The condo is in an older complex, but has been somewhat renovated. I loved that it was close to Mission Trails park, but easy to drive to the main tourist attractions. There are a few quirks to the place, and it is not a resort -type property. For most residents, this is their full-time home, so be mindful of that and be respectful. The place was very clean and the host was friendly and responsive. 」

「Centrally located to everything we were doing. The unit had everything we needed and was as described. Nice neighborhood, easy parking in driveway.」

「Great place especially for a larger family or group for such a good price! My kids loved it. A lot to do closeby. Great communication with owner. Loved that it was pet friendly too! Did feel like we had to be quiet so kinda stressed me out since people above and below. And we happened to go on street sweeping days so parking was difficult so just be mindful of that- I think it’s Monday and Tuesday. 」

「Perfect location for our event」

「We were two 83 year old widows who drove down from eastern Washington. We loved the place, location and restaurants in the area. The view is wonderful and the place is very quiet. Our only wish was that there was some Windex and a mop to clean the floor. That was probably because we were there for two weeks.We definitely would return.」

「We loved this place! It was the perfect spot for our overnight getaway. It was an easy walk to our favorite restaurants and shops in North Park and Hillcrest. We were also minutes away from Balboa park for our afternoon museum visits. The studio was quite spacious, clean, and perfect for a part of two. We definitely remember this place next time we’re in town! 」
