Our neighborhood blends history with culture and we are just less than a mile away from all the local restaurants, quaint cafes, and historical sites that emulate the true identity of downtown Raleigh. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood with brand new million-dollar homes on one corner and older, run-down, historic homes on another corner. Mixed demographics and foot traffic are common this close to downtown so please know before booking.
Nestled in an active neighborhood near downtown, our property offers a true urban experience. The lively atmosphere with occasional passersby adding to the charm. While families with children may prefer a quieter setting and may not be most suitable for kids.
I recommend you use Uber, Lyft or grab a cool Lime or Bird scooter. If you haven’t used them before I have coupon codes to discount your first ride. From the airport, an Uber is estimated to be just around $20. Uber downtown is less than $5!!

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you’ve been provided in your email or from your host will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

Additional Rules & Fees
• Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation.
• No Parties - $500 fine.
• No smoking/vaping/candles/incense INDOORS - $250 fine. Smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in outdoor trash. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned you will incur a $250 fine.
Check-out is at 11am ET and Check-In is at 4pm ET. $50 late checkout and $50 early check-in fee if available, non-negotiable before 1pm. After 1pm, guests will pay that night's base rate due to inability for future guests to book the same day.
Max number of people on property - 6 people. Every unauthorized guest on our property beyond our max occupancy of 6 people will result in a fee of $50 per unauthorized guest.
Pets are welcome but we do require guests to disclose that they are bringing a pet since when the pet is listed as a “guest” it adds our standard $150 pet fee. This fee covers extra cleaning services required to restore the home to rentable condition. Not disclosing your pet will incur a $300 fee due to the inconvenience of disrupting cleaning service preparations and operations.

• No spray tanning/henna application/hair dyeing.
*Please park in driveway. Free parking is allowed on the street as well. Please note, we are not responsible for any events related to your vehicle while parked on the street or driveway.
