Guests will have access to the entire apartment, a resident-only outdoor swimming pool, a modern fitness studio, a lounge with a pool table & coffee bar, and a BBQ grill & picnic area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, appliances, food storage, and pots & pans, so you can enjoy dining in just like you do at home. The Lounge has light complimentary refreshments as well.

During your stay, you'll have access to your own Personal Concierge. Whether it's dinner reservations, things to do, or even a leaky faucet—we've got you covered! They'll be available during business hours, and in some cases, extended hours, by phone or text.

Guests who book this apartment must be at least 21 years old and will be asked to submit a photo of a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport before check-in.

Cleaning
For guests with long-term stays: cleanings will be scheduled once a month at no cost to you—compliments of Coveted Hospitality!

Parking
The complex has complimentary parking available in the adjacent parking garage. Parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Coveted Hospitality is not liable for any towing costs, charges, etc. you may incur as a result of negligence.

Pets
We're delighted to accommodate your furry friends at our property. We understand the importance of pets as part of the family, and to ensure their comfort, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. For your convenience, here are the details:
➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.

Please note that the pet fees mentioned are designed to be flexible based on the duration of your booking. So, depending on the length of your stay, you'll only need to pay the corresponding difference.

Just a friendly reminder regarding our pet policy: to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our shared spaces, we kindly ask that pets are kept off the beds, couches, and other furniture within our home. This helps maintain a tidy and allergen-free environment for everyone.

Please note that failure to comply with this policy may result in an ADDITIONAL FEE. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines.

Pack and Play
Just a quick reminder about our Pack and Play policy:

Advance Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reserve a Pack and Play.
Reservation Fee: There is a $75 fee for reserving the Pack and Play.
Assembly Option: If you would like the Pack and Play assembled upon delivery, an additional $50 fee will apply.
🚭 NO-DRUG/SMOKING/PARTIES POLICY
We strictly prohibit drugs, smoking, and parties on the property. Our building shares space with two drug detection K9 units and an active police officer, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. Violations of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate removal from the property, and notification to law enforcement.

🔍 SAFETY & INSPECTIONS
To maintain safety and compliance, local authorities require mandatory fire, sprinkler, and water system inspections every three months. These are brief 5-minute checks conducted by the maintenance team or a fire marshal. If your stay coincides with an inspection, you may receive a short visit.

🔑 CHECK-IN PROCEDURE & SMART LOCK ACCESS
All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival, including ID verification and the number of occupants. Access to the unit is provided via a smart lock app, and an invite will be sent to your phone 24 hours before arrival. Self-check-in instructions will also be sent via email or message.

👥 ADDITIONAL GUESTS & AMENITIES
If you plan to have additional guests during your stay, you must inform us in advance for approval. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. If you are traveling with an infant, cribs are available upon request for a small fee.

🔑 KEY FOB OR KEYS
Each reservation includes one key fob, which is required for building entry and exit. Please ensure you do not misplace it, as a $250 replacement fee will be charged for lost or unreturned key fobs.

⚠️ AVOID ACCIDENTS & LIABILITY
To prevent accidents, please be cautious with fragile items, particularly glass, as broken glass poses a significant safety hazard in the unit and pool area. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by glass breakage. Please avoid placing glass near unstable surfaces to prevent accidents.

🗑️ TRASH DISPOSAL
All guests must properly dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Please help us keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone.

🚗 PARKING GUIDELINES
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise designated. There is no vertical clearance, but the parking space accommodates vehicles up to 7 feet, 3 inches in height. Each reservation allows for one vehicle, and commercial vehicles are not permitted. Parking is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for theft, towing, or damages. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

🔇 QUIET HOURS & ENJOYMENT
Quiet hours are from 8PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.

🚫 UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests found on the premises will result in a $100 fine per guest and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

🎥 NO FILM PRODUCTION ALLOWED
Filming, professional photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property. Any violations may result in booking cancellation without a refund.

🏊 POOL POLICY & AVAILABILITY
The pool is available seasonally and subject to maintenance schedules. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests must use the pool at their own risk. Pool hours and availability may change without notice. Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests must adhere to all posted pool rules.

🐾 PET POLICY
We welcome small pets under 30 lbs, but a $49 pet fee per pet applies. There is a limit of two pets per unit, and their combined weight must not exceed 30 lbs. Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. They must remain leashed or contained in the unit and are not allowed in common areas. Proof of current vaccinations is required. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.

🚭 SMOKING POLICY – STRICTLY ENFORCED
Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, outside the unit, and in public spaces. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property.

🪪 IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To ensure security, all guests must complete identity verification before check-in. This includes providing a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and submitting a selfie along with a scanned copy of the ID. Every guest staying in the unit must provide identification. Failure to complete verification may result in booking cancellation without a refund.

⚠️ TWO-STRIKE POLICY – EARLY REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY
We enforce a two-strike policy to maintain a peaceful and respectful stay for all guests.
- First Violation: Guests will receive a warning.
- Second Violation: Guests will be immediately removed from the property without a refund.
This policy applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, and any disruptive behavior.

🏠 USE OF PREMISES
This property is for residential purposes only. No commercial or illegal activities are permitted. Violations of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

📜 INSPECTIONS & MAINTENANCE
The host reserves the right to inspect the unit with prior notice as required by local laws. Routine maintenance inspections are conducted every three months by building staff, and if required, a fire marshal. Any unreported damages found after check-out will be charged to the guest.

On arrival day, my guest and I struggled to locate the unit because the host provided the correct address but the wrong unit number. This caused us to disturb another guest. While the listing stated the unit was on the first floor, I learned upon arrival that it was actually on the third floor, which was difficult for the senior citizen in our group. During our stay, I reported various issues to the host, including damages and cleanliness concerns, with multiple messages and images. Broken doors lay on the living room floor, some kitchen blinds were inoperable, the ceiling vent in the second bedroom was literally falling from the ceiling, a rug meant for under the table was tossed onto a desk and both shower curtain liners had mold on them. The laundry room had piles of unfolded linens, and I questioned their cleanliness. Despite raising these issues, nothing improved, and I felt dismissed. The property was poorly prepared, leaving me disappointed with the hospitality. I requested callbacks from the host but never received any, and there was no feedback on the issues I reported.

Great Stay
The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and the property was peaceful and quiet as well. The management team responded to me in a quick fashion with anything I needed assistance with. I would recommend this property and plan to use them again when I am in the area.

Great stay during the NCAA Soccer Championship
Property and location was great, I was 15 minutes from WakeMed Soccer Park, and 15 minutes from the airport. The accommodations served me perfectly and the management Co. was awesome in responding to any questions promptly.
