"We loved our stay here. Lyndsay was very responsive and personable. We had the double with the en-suite bathroom. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The snacks were a great touch. We traveled from the US for the Liverpool/Spurs match that sealed LFC as the Premier League champions! There were celebration spots close by and it was wonderful that the Liverpool players’ bus passes close to the home on Anfield Road. We were right in the middle of everything. Loved it. Go LFC!!!❤️"

"I arrived late and the host had taken steps to make sure that I wasn't locked out. The room I had was large and I could have had my own kitchen setup if I was staying longer. In the morning I was greated by friendly host and I was offered a free continental breakfast. "

"We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it. In the shower was a baked light bulb, and which blew while autistic son was showering and my dad had to come over and replace it. Everytime someone flushed the toilet, it made our room smell like a sespit. On the Last night two...

"We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,...
