"Pra começar estávamos em 4 pessoas e não tinha toalhas de banho nem cobertas suficientes pra todos. As toalhas pedi na recepção, mas as cobertas já era tarde qdo percebi a falta e como não tem telefone no quarto pra falar na recepção, não desci 4 lances de escada pra isso. Como fizemos reserva antecipada, os itens já deveriam estar completos no quarto. Os cobertores que tinham estavam com cheiro de guardados. As cortinas estavam emboloradas e com cheiro de mofadas. Pra quem tem problemas...

"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face....
