「We enjoyed our stay at the Elk House and would come back again. It’s a great house and such a peaceful area. We didn’t see any elk, sadly, but enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the porch. The WiFi worked great, and we were able to stream on the TV. The house is in a great area - easy drives to Lake Quinault, hiking, and more! 「Very clean and comfortable and walkable to the beach however not much in the way of amenities in the area. Pacific beach is pretty economically depressed and run down. Hosts were top notch. Home very tidy and well equipped. No view of beach or sounds of surf and neighbors look staight at the hot tub area so not private but felt great after clam digging in 34 degree weather. Family enjoyed themselves. 」

「We stayed at Lake Side View, 3rd Floor. 2 Queen size bed, with a small balcony. Room size is big enough, but the building itself is old, the carpet looks well-used. It looks like an old style motel. No telephone in a room to call front, you have to walk and talk face to face. Location is very good. Lobby space in front of fire place is really cozy. I recommend to book dinner just after you arrive in summer period.」
