Welcome to our 5-room chalet (bungalow) on the outskirts of Hamburg. We warmly welcome our guests, whether they are small or large families with dogs, or friendly business operators with their employees. Please note that children up to the age of 12 can stay for free, and from the age of 13, a fee of €29 per night will apply. Please do not include children up to the age of 12 in your booking, but let us know through the portal how many people will be arriving in total, so we can prepare the accommodation and beds accordingly.
The newly renovated bungalow with two terraces and two gardens is located in the southern part of Quickborn, about a 5-minute drive from the A7 (Quickborn/Norderstedt motorway exit), in a quiet cul-de-sac. From the terraces, you can look directly into the gardens. A nature reserve with forests, a lake, and a stream is within walking distance just behind the neighboring houses.
The house was fully renovated in October 2020 and has a total living area of approximately 125 square meters. It is heated with gas via underfloor heating, including the large walk-in shower in the second bathroom.
For our four-legged dog guests, there is a large resting and sleeping box made of soft tent fabric, complete with a soft sleeping pad and blanket (suitable for a medium-sized Labrador). Please do not allow your furry friend on the couches or in the beds, and keep them in the box when leaving the house. We have a well-behaved and calm chocolate Labrador who is 11 years old. ;-)
Internet access is provided via a fiber optic connection to the house with 100 MBit (Telquick), making it ideal for fast work from home. Everything is very comfortable and modernly equipped.
Quickborn is a town with around 20,000 inhabitants and is located near the Hamburg city border, with its own connection to the Hamburg public transport system. In Quickborn, you will find a summer outdoor pool, several fitness and tennis clubs, a cinema, a medical center with the most important medical specialties, physiotherapists, several primary and secondary schools, various daycare centers, well-stocked pharmacies, discount stores and supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés, as well as shopping streets and, of course, several package delivery points.
