"We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Queretaro."

"The place was beautiful, the heated pool was the icing on the cake because the weather this time of year (Early Feb) is warm during the day and chilly at night. It’s a vineyard and they sell a few bottle of wine made from their grape. I haven’t tried mine yet. ☺️ I stayed in a regular 2 bed room. The only thing I would say to be aware of is, the shower. "The hotel is located very close to the centre of the city, it is an Oasis in the middle of all the concrete jungle. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool is great. I noticed a lot of families this was during the weekend. A nice place to atay with good internet service and cable. "

"Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful."
