「Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes. The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba. 」

「ホテルはダウンタウンから少し離れていますが、徒歩で問題ない距離です。部屋も問題なく良い滞在でしたが、wifiは部屋では使えずロビーのみでした。 The hotel is a little bit far from downtown, but you can walk for 10 minutes. I could not use wifi in my room, could use only at lobby.」

「It’s not a 4 stars hotel. Inside lock was broken so it makes me feel little unsafe even though Jordan is a safe country. I was assigned to a smoking room. For me being a non smoker, I wasn’t comfortable. I called the front desk to request a room change but no one pick up so I just stayed there :( would be nice if they ask upon check in. 」

「Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. No meals so we found an excellent restaurant very...
