「This place spoils you rotten! Water and sodas are free! Our butler provided some fruit and juices as a gift. There is chocolate and chips in each room as a gift. The grounds are kept beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and attentive.」

「Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. 「The self parking is 15 per day, but it gives freedom to travel around. The property is well maintained and the house keeping is very prompt. The breakfast was good and offers continental with made to order omelets. The beach is small but beautiful. The other beaches are all at driving distance. The pool is good size. The complimentary drink and snacks in the evening is great.」

「I liked that the pool area had shade for people that got too much sun to be able to still enjoy it. There was a casino attached so there was entertainment at night. Only downfall was the meals were rather expensive. We went out on the local economy which was easy to do at this location. I would return.」

「10/10 omg when i tell you this property is worth it the management is so thoughtful and helpful. The area is super safe and able to uber everything is super close the amenities in the room are beyond 👌 what we expected we actually felt like home it has everything you might need and more clean like nothing i have seen before in hotels recomend if ur in san juan for sure omg the bed was the best part is sooooo comfy 😀 😊 thank you to all the staff ! 」
