We can recommend this resort despite issues with extremely weak internet connection in rooms and almost no food options for vegans and vegetarians in the resort’s restaurants. If the resort management team resolves these two issues, the resort can easily be rated with 5 stars. The main advantages of this resort are the breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle, the main swimming pool, and the relatively good condition of the majority of facilities. They just need to repaint some lamps and parts of buildings and clean the walls in rooms so that there’re no dead insects on them. Insects, especially mosquitoes, are a major nuisance as the resort is within just a few meters from the jungle. So, bring some strong repellent. In addition, bring some snacks that you like as the resort’s small store has only few snacks on offer and the restaurant’s menu options might not be for you. It’s a bit of a wasted opportunity for the resort as we only ate late lunch once at one of the restaurants because generally the food was simply not that great or was not for us (vegans). In any case, you’ll love the views and the main swimming pool (there’re three more smaller pools). We stayed for two nights and it was worth it.
