I stayed at Ventus Ha and was positively surprised. Big plus was that you could enjoy checking other 2 locations which were walkable. Lots of food, good service. This was important knowing Ventus Ha is more oriented towards adults but by going to Marina area where they had more of kids orientated pool helped a lot. In general you can spend good time there no matter if you want silent spot or more fun activities. Bear in mind the beach is little made up, this is not DR, most of that Mexico area has poor beaches so keep that in mind if it is important for you

There was a fragrance that was pretty strong after the room was cleaned and it made it hard for my girlfriend to breathe until we aired it out. It might have been in the cleaning solution that was used. Other than that it’s an excellent resort. Also my damage deposit hasn’t been put back on my credit card. Room 28208

Very pleasant and worthwhile experience to my family. There are four restaurants to choose for breakfast, three restaurants for lunch, and up to seven restaurants for dinner. The property in Ha are new and very clean. So appreciate the front desk for upgrading our suite for my family convenience.

I traveled with my 14 year old son and we don’t have one complaint! The walk to Ventus and El Cid was not too bad and they have carts to transport you if you get tired of walking. We spent most of our time at Ventus and El Cid as there was more to do. The roof top bars at Ventus Ha were really nice. The ocean isn’t great but it didn’t bother us as there are so many pools to choose from between the 3 resorts. The food was amazing!! And so many restaurants to choose from. We will be going back next year again for sure.

Plenty of options for quiet relaxation, or lots of action and atmosphere-depending which pool you choose. Golf cart access between properties is a win! Beautiful adult only roof top pool bars if one needs away from the children. Buffett options and restaraunts were awesome!

We had an amazing time at Ventus Ha. The rooftop pools and the service were spectacular. The food was good 7.9/10 - buffets were great, restaurants were pretty good. We are thinking of coming back in the fall!

We randomly extended our holiday in Mexico and booked this hotel. It is a fabulous option for adults and older kids. It blew out our expectations and loved every minute. We would book this specific hotel again. Just be sure to book your reservations as soon as you check in.

Property and hotel is beautiful. We found it lacking in activities, and food was subpar, with the exception of Kobo, which was the only meal served hot! Never met our room attendant, did not acknowlege birthday or honeymoon. Disappointed.

The new buildings have a relaxed environment at the pool so does the beach area. Though the beach is not for swimming, it is clean. There is a lot more noise and those people who reserve lounges at the pool with activities. We loved the many food options. If you are not a member, don’t go to the presentation it is not worth a waste of a day as the “reward” for attending is a trap to buy more. We made the most of it but it was not worth it. We absolutely loved our time here. Travelled with my 10 & 11 year old boys. Dining options were excellent and had a great variety. Lots to do and we loved having the ability to use all 3 resort properties. We would absolutely return here to vacation again.

This was our first stay at the El Cid. We were impressed by the food quality, size of the resort, options on pools, hot tubs and the roof top infinitely pool. Service overall was ok. For having a butler, requests still hadn’t been met, and things were missed, but ultimately it didn’t make or break the vacation. I would not have paid for the platinum club again. Staff at restaurants and pool service was none existent. Expect to have to get drinks for yourself at all times. Three bartenders standing at the bar, but not one could come over in seven hours. Disappointed in that but again it was a decent place.
