The service was terrible!!! Definitely not worth the money. Things started off wrong by having to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to take us to our room after checking in. They tried to blame it on it being high season even though it is not. Also, this is a resort, and should be able to service large numbers of people. However, they seemed to be understaffed and poorly managed. Most staff are slow to bring you things that you request. We were never able to use the app to make reservations or order things. We had to request things multiple times or get them ourselves. We were promised a bottle of champagne by a manager for our troubles, which we never received. The dinner buffet was closed without notice on the evening of Jan. 1st. Instead, they had an outdoor semi-buffet with dry overcooked limited items. It was supposed to be open at 6:30, however it didn't open until 7 pm. Several people complained, to which they told people that they could go to one of the restaurants where they would wait 45 minutes. People chose the buffet for convenience, which was not a thing. One of the few people who we thought were nice and attentive in the Spoon café crossed boundaries by holding my hand and kissing my cheek without my permission, which made me feel completely uncomfortable and violated. I never saw any of the other waiters doing this or him doing this to any other guest.
