I booked a room for my parents anniverssary, they took care of everything even on a short notice, from room decoration to romantic dinner set up by the pool, they have a restaurant too that serves breakfast,lunch and dinner so its convenient for my Senior and PWD parents because they don't have to go out to dine. Staff are accommodating and attentive too.The infinity pool with beautiful sunset view is my favorite.Will be back soon☆☆☆☆☆!

Had a lovely stay at AV Suites in one of their Twin Suites, located on the ground level of the hotel, and my room has an amazing view of the main street and the ocean in front and the mountain in the backdrop. The room is spacious and has a 2 beds and a minibar. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. They got 2 pools that I enjoyed a lot, The lap pool and infinity pool are a must-try and the perfect spot to capture an Instagrammable picture with the always stunning sunset in your plain view. The climb to the hotel was quite challenging but the spectacular scenery on top made it worth it. Private Aninuan Beach without any resort is just at the foot of the hotel, you just need to cross the street and enter an alley to reach it. For me it's way better than the commercialized white beach. My fave breakfast from their menu is the beef tapa, it tastes really good. As far as i know they are baking their own bread, and pizza dough. I had a lovely stay at this hotel, will definitely come back and recommend them to my family and friends ❤️🦋!

There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews mentioned it but I will stress that there are stairs. :) Blessed with stairs. I loved it it was like a daily workout, however, some people may not be so happy about it. Also, I wish I hadnt rented a car. The parking was a bit challenging. The driveway is a little scary to drive up because its super steep. When I go back..and I will go back.. I will just get a driver to the hotel and take Toktok or trikes for my transportation. That is probably the cheapest and easiest solution. I just want to say that the stairs and parking had little effect on our stay, but it is something I think people should know about. If you are not familiar with the area you should know that Aninuan beach is well within walking distance. Its not obvious, but there is a little entrance just a few hundred feet from AV Suites driveway on the other side of the road. I would recommend going there its great and the water is fairly shallow. There are some great local places to eat in Puerto Galera and on White Beach.

This property is not beachfront, it is a little bit of a beach view. Most important, property is up on a hill with lots of stairs inside and outside the hotel. There are no elevators. You have to preorder your food.

Nice place. Complaints that lowered the quality of stay were: Room was under diner area and had table and chair noise overhead constantly. Pool patron noise after curfew. Staff making us wait until exactly 2pm to check in even though the room was available, and corkage fees, are little things that make the difference between a negative experience and a positive one.
