「Very clean and great views.」

「We were staying for our daughter's wedding and reception and the location was perfect. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the condo. The amenities were perfect and very comfortable. It was a home away from home and a great place to rest before and after the wedding events. The downsides were parking availability on the street and the early morning wake-ups from the noise upstairs. Parking on the street is ok during the day, but after 10 pm it is almost impossible to find within a 2-block...

「We have been to Sundance several times and stayed at Sundance many times. This property was so perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants and ski lift areas of Sundance, my husband and I so enjoyed the roomy, clean and well equiped property. We also loved that the property is dog friendly! A definite jewel of a property and we will be returning again sometime soon.」

The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and there was even a little nook to play in that our children loved. The property is across the street from a recreation center with a free play center and a really great indoor pool that our children enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This property offering is a BASEMENT only with people living above. If you are expecting to be in a home with PRIVACY this is not the rental for that. There are people living upstairs, who you will not know what their backgrounds are, and will have access to your family while you sleep or your personal belongings while you’re away. There are steps from upstairs to downstairs with a door that only locks on the people living above side. We had to leave immediately after finding this out and they...
