「Great and affordable place to stay in the off-season. No front desk and everything runs on key codes, but it was fine. Walls are a bit thin so bring your earplugs. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Took me a while to figure out how the heat system worked but I got it and was comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. I had a room with shared bath, which was clean and nice. I definitely stay here again, especially considering it was such a bargain in the middle of January!」

「Lovely room - it was a quiet weekend and they upgraded me to a larger room without any request from me. I loved the detached breakfast room, open 24/7. I had to leave very early, and it was a pleasure to stop by before sunrise for coffee and fresh muffins, with Louis Armstrong playing softly in the background. 」

「Staff were unresponsive to messaging as that was their chosen method of communication. Questions went unanswered. Sheets were damp. Too much scented spray of lavender? caused headaches at night. Like sleeping on a perfume bottle. 」

「We visit Cape Cod at least once a year and always stay here. It is cozy and quiet and just across the road from the visitor center. The new owners couldn’t be nicer and make us feel right at home. Why would we stay anywhere else?」
