"Beautiful rural area with spectacular views and nature. The Gite was gorgeous, clean and well equipped with spacious rooms, comfy beds and a lovely swimming pool with an incredible view. Our hosts, Didier and Elizabeth were very welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers. It is the ideal place to relax and take time out for a well needed break in the middle of nature, with the Pyrenees providing a stunning backdrop. There are plenty of lovely walks, forests and lakes...

"I cannot put into words how good our time in Escala was. Graham was absolutely incredible as a host, and the house is impeccable. It’s a perfect getaway for friends and family, in the most scenic picturesque location. The house has everything: a pool, jacuzzi, plenty of common areas, a second house!! It’s honestly one of the best places we have rented as a group, and hope that many others get to experience the place the way we did. Thank you Graham for a marvelous stay!"

"Wonderful spacious grand Chateau providing a perfect get together peaceful location for our multi-generation family get together of 15. Such a diversity of facilities in the locality for all ages. From Kayaking to walking or simply lazing by pool in total seclusion. Local baker made breakfast a real pleasure and family local restaurants a real highlight. Thank you for such a great welcome and sharing your fresh produce that so enhanced the quality of our meals."

The views are fabulous, the pool warm enough to swim in all weathers, the gite is very well-equipped and the wood burner was most welcome on the cooler days. Our daughters loved the pool, the swing and the PlayStation and we enjoyed the stunning sunsets, the games and the Netflix access. "Stayed 4 nights at Saint Sever des Pyrenees and had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kirsten, Anthony and Scoobie the dog are great hosts - very welcoming, easy going and knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. Located on the edge of a small attractive village surrounded by a beautiful landscape, views to the Pyrenees from your bedroom window, it really is a special spot. There is also a train station a short drive away for exploring the stunning city of Toulouse. Really is a relaxing...

But Should neighborhood store be closed Aldi is not to far.away. Great place to unwind and recharge. Cows are just down the road, they made me so happy. Car required."

"Lenny (the dog) and his humans host a truly wonderful B&B. It is a truly beautiful mix of old and new, everything is charming and comfortable and well done. Reg and Sue know the area well and are happy to sit for a chat and make recommendations. It was the high point of an 8-day journey in France and I cannot recommend it enough. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by our one night stay at the BnB. We had picked the hotel based on the location and it didn’t disappoint. It is located in a quiet small village but we found plenty to do nearby. We also had a lovely breakfast chatting with the host before getting back on the road. "
