"The young lady that checked us in was very polite friendly and helpful. Definitely deserves recognition. We had cancelled one of the rooms we booked but it still showed up as booked so she gave me instructions on who to contact and that I should get a full refund. Within 30 minutes as we were heading out she reached out and said “we got the email of your cancellation and you should be good to go” I was very grateful for getting me full refund. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Our main room, the bed and other furniture, and the bathroom were clean. The main room smelled a bit, maybe from cleaning chemicals. The shower controller needs repair. We heard (but didn't look for it) a cat walking through the hallway outside our room, at night. And I noticed a cat pee smell in the corridor this morning. The breakfast: The waffle maker worked great; the yogurt was fine; the raisins in the raisin bran were very hard; and the coffee was...

"We stayed in the king suite. It was clean and spacious. It's not nice to have a sitting area. But the TV can't be seen from the couch since it's in a cabinet. The pull out sofa was TERRIBLE! Thin "mattress" with springs poking you. Bring your own bedding, because the blankets are super light. Traffic noise was terrible, so best to be on opposite side of hotel. Breakfast was great. Manager was helpful and nice!"
