Relax with the whole family at this peaceful private suite, the lower unit of a charming Irvington Craftsman. Just a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants on NE Broadway, and less than a mile from the Convention Center, our newly remodeled apartment is ready to welcome you in! Completely separate from the main house, separate entrance, it has 2 bedrooms, living room and bath. Whether you are coming to Portland for business or pleasure, this place is ready to be your home away from home!

Great spot if you need to stay in the Lloyd center area
This was a great spot to stay in the neighborhood. Walkability to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bus lines are within 1-2 blocks. It allowed us to stay near family and not have to rent a car. We went into this stay fully understanding that this is a basement unit of a home. If you don't understand that, you may be surprised to hear the upstairs residents and dog moving around (and barking). It's an older home in Portland, so it will have a 'basement' feel of an older home. If you understand all of this, you'll LOVE the charm! The decor was modern and fun. The full-sized kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed - plenty of coffee which was great. There were lots of soaps, shampoo, lotions, etc. in the bathroom with plenty of towels and washcloths. The beds were comfortable - low to the floor, so be aware if you need higher beds - and the TVs worked well for streaming. There is a full size washer & dryer and it was great to do a load of laundry before packing. The hosts clearly put a lot of love into this unit and we felt it. Thanks for a great stay!

Came down for a visit with friends for a concert and had a great time. Clean suite, good set up and easy check in. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores around. Super friendly hosts, would stay again.

Perfect for the weekend!
Everything was cozy and comfortable, and was super close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. Parking was easy on the street, no issues there. All in all it was a great place for us to be!
