Stayed for one week. Appartment good if not a bit out dated. Also maybe a matress topper would be an idea as bed quite hard. Furniture in lounge needs oudating but overall very good.

Dos horas esperando afuera del hotel porque el codigo no abria la puerta del piso y tuvieron que venir a traerme las llaves despues de muchas llamadas a su telefono apagado, me puse con atencion al cliente desde la aplicación y pudieron dar con el propoetario, la casa en sí no esta mal, malas vistas eso sí y pocos utensilios en la cocina , lo demas correcto en estado limpieza y demás, pero pongo esta critica tan negativa devido al problema de la llegada al hotel

No pude acceder hasta las 12 de la noche, los códigos facilitados para acceder no eran correctos. La reserva según los propietarios era para el día siguiente estuve 30 minutos al teléfono por esta incidencia. Horrible

Bare amenities
This rental is located in a what seems to be an old hotel. When you walk onto the property there is an abandoned pool to the right. The interior of the building is old and poorly lit. The aparetment we stayed in needs some love. While it was clean and got us through our stay i won't be recommending it to people i know. There was coffee and tea for your morning enjoyment but that is as far as comfort you will get. We couldn't figure out how to work the tv so we were stuck with youtube. No instructions for anything or recommendations for area restaurants or activities. The couch is leather that is peeling and a sheet is over it. The peeled leather got everywhere during out stay. There is no dish towel in the kitchen to dry your dishes. I had to request some hand soap as the one left for us was 90% water. The mattress was comfortable but some new pillows would be nice as the ones provided were old and very flat. The sheets could be replaced to as they were bally from use. Each person was given 2 towels and no extras, not even a bath mat to stand on when you exit the shower. Outside the building property on the other side of the wall are 3 roosters. So if you enjoy being up at 5am this is the place for you.

Ya nos habíamos alojado anteriormente aqui, y estuvimos encantados. Pero esta vez está todo muy sucio, las almohadas sudadas, sábanas sucias, sabana que cubría el sofá lleno de pelos de perro... Muy mal. No volveremos

Wenn sie Ihre "Reinigungsperle" Philipa nicht hätten, hätten wir die gebuchte Ferienwohnung niemals
Keinerlei Kontakt mit der Agentur (Chris) keine Entschuldigung für den Ärger !!!!!! Ferienwohnung nicht zum Zeitpunkt fertig (Chris hatte vergessen Philipa Bescheid zu geben. Keine Wohnungsschlüssel vorhanden. Hatte Vormieter mitgenommen. Wir bekamen die persönlichen Schlüssel u. Sicherheitsschlüssel von Philipa. Kein Safeschlüssel. Geschirr haben wir alles selbst gereinigt ( keine Zeit vom Personal mehr, wir wollten in die Wohnung..Hundegebell die ganze Nacht durch u. 5 !!!!!!! Hähne als Wecker !!!! Heißwasserhahn so heiß( ohne Warnung ) das ich mich verbrannt habe. Wir bekamen außerdem eine Plastikunterlage für das Bett , das so einen Krach machte, das selbst SIE keine 5 Minuten darauf hätten schlafen können. Wir sind zwar Ältere Leute, aber noch lange keine Auslaufmodelle. !!!!!! Ich möchte noch einmal darauf hinweisen, das ihrem Reinigungspersonal Philipa unser höchstes Lob ausgesprochen wird !!!!!!! Für weitere Antworten stehe ich zur Verfügung ....Anne Scharrenberg

Problemas de mobilidade na casa de banho
Tivemos problemas na casa de banho pois temos uma filha em cadeira de rodas e a cadeira do banho não entra no chuveiro. Sujerimos se possivel o recorte do vidro de uns 20 cm para que uma cadeira de banho consiga entrar.

Falta de WIFI, instrucciones ubicacion y material proporcionado
La casa silenciosa, bien ubicada y bien equipada. En eso un 8 sobre 10. Sin embargo, varios defectos, para una estancia de 8 noches, en eso un 3 sobre 10: - Una semana antes nos indican que este año no hay WIFI (para nosotros, por trabajo, muy importante). - los productos de limpieza y aseo, insuficientes, todo restos (un rollo de papel higiénico, tres pastillas de lavavajillas, papel de cocina para un día, jabón para tres días, ...). - una toalla de manos y una de ducha por persona (para 8 dias), y ademas muy gastadas (limpias pero viejitas). - las instrucciones de llegada deberían ser enviando la ubicación y la dirección, y no a la vieja usanza (primera a la derecha, luego a la izquierda, ...).
