The "FREE" Trolleys in San Juan have not bveen working since Hurrican Maria - over two years ago, yet NO ONE told us. I needed teh trolley due to a handicap that prevents walking.
Love the beach its a calming effect
Parking garages are available and inexpensive.
There a view from the balcony day and night, beach piñones and the apartment.
Everything is in walking distance or within a 4 dollar uber ride to the beach
