This is a nice comfy home with a big Dining table, nice size bedrooms, a game inspired room for things like cards, checkers, chess, Dominos etc. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms and livingroom. The beds are super comfortable for a great nights sleep - A firm King , 2 Plush Queens and 2 twins. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and spices in case you are cooking in, but the restaurants in the area are fantastic. There is a nice deck on the back and a nice front porch for watching the sun go down. There are 2 bathrooms, one down and one up - they both have stand-alone showers - no tub for you soakers... Sorry. The driveway is short and does not allow for more than 1 car, but street parking is allowed. You are just 6 blocks from the beach and just minutes from the Jet Express and all the Downtown happenings. There is a new washer and dryer in the basement. Its just a great house for a group of 8 or even just 2 - you dont need the upstairs - ask about discount.
Sorry i cannot allow pets and i have a non smoking policy inside....this is for the comfort of others who may be considering the location.
