「Home was clean and had everything we needed. Easy walk to beach. Pool was wonderful. Owner stopped on first day to make sure everything was ok. 」

「Our stay at the Kozy Kottage was great. It was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two minute walk to the beach was easy. The beach was fairly quiet when we were there (not many people). The sunsets were great. The town was nice as well. Tiki Bar and Grille was our favorite place we went back a few times. Locke and Key Restaurant and Farlow on the Water were also good food and service. We plan to come back to Manasota Key in the future and would definitely stay at the Kozy Kottage...

「Wonderful get away weekend with everything we could need and very friendly Inn Keepers. The room was spotless! The grounds were beautiful! Proximaty to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The only drawback we found was the road noise. Once in the room we couldnt hear it but from the pool and front patio it was loud. Didnt bother us because we live near a busy road and are use to tuning it out. Everything else about this quant little hotel surpassed our expectations for the very reasonable...
