Boasting glittering gulf views and an ideal location just steps from the sand, this dreamy retreat is primed for carefree coastal living. A waterfront lawn deck offers sun-soaked lounging, while the shaded patio beneath the house offers a breezy spot for alfresco dining. There's even a gas grill provided for home cookouts. The main deck features covered and open-air seating areas. Anglers in the group can fish directly from the surf or book one of the many local charter services for off-shore excursions. When you want a break from the beach, cruise down to Fort Travis Park to tour the fort and learn about the area's military history. From there, you can catch the ferry over to Galveston. After the day's adventures, rinse off in the home's handy outdoor shower.

The living room welcomes indoor downtime with plush seating and a smart TV. The bonus room can double as a happy hour lounge or a daytime office, with features including patio sofas, and a built-in desk. Plan and prepare family-style meals with ease in the well-appointed stainless steel kitchen. A wet bar is equipped in the dining area for added convenience. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
