Beautiful spacious home overlooking the ocean

Bay Dreams is a lovely home overlooking Pohara, a very popular area of Golden Bay. This modern holiday home has sun drenched north facing views.
From the moment you walk in the door it's all about relaxing, and having a great place to come back to after a day at the beach, out on the water or exploring everything Golden Bay has to offer.
Sea views, from the garden. A ten minute walk to the beach for safe swimming. Launch your boat at Port Tarakohe and enjoy Pohara's selection of bars and cafes and a convenience store.
Please be aware this property is on a shared right of way and this must be kept clear at all times.

Master - 1 Queen with ensuite

Second bedroom - 1 Twin

Third bedroom - double sofa bed

Family bathroom with enclosed shower.

Modern property with beautiful decor
Lovely new house with beautiful views over the bay, albeit a bit spoilt by the roof of the property in front. The beds are comfortable, a lovely kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a nice big dining table and beautiful modern bathrooms. The western sun can be very hot as it shines through the western windows and sliding door, especially since some windows do not have blinds. We missed a blind on the kitchen window especially, to shelter us from the sun while cooking dinner.
