「All rentals ahould take notes from this house. It has everything you need! Plenty of beach chairs, outdoor and indoor space, even a Peloton and weights! The location can't be beat, it's a short walk to a beautiful beach and central to all the restaurants and markets in Green Harbor. We can't wait to return!」

「My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. One downside was the family staying in the big house kept throwing their dog poop all around the garbage can, which was not pleasant to navigate around when taking out the garbage and yucky to look at. 「This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. 「We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location right on the water. The road there was interesting as it is narrow and bumpy with tall weeds on both sides. But once you arrive, it is just breathtaking. The home was just right for us and our needs. The only suggestion to the homeowners is to provide better dishes, cups, and mugs. The gentleman next door was incredibly sweet and kind, as was his dog, Luna. You will enjoy the sound of the ocean tides and the seals. We got a kick out of watching and...

「HI, We had a very nice time, loved the view from the patio! I will have to say that we were extremely disappointed with the WIFI! My husband had to work and was unable to ..connection was very very poor, if at all! Also, there was definitely an ant problem. We didn't use the 2nd bedroom so the sheets are clean. 1 more thing, there wasn't a blow dryer which I expected so didn't bring one . Thanks, Liz and JIm 」
