気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Lack of communication upon check in.
Host double booked property and we lost out.
Host sent us to a different property claiming it was better and recently renovated to find it was still under renovation, with no working appliances including fridge, dishwasher. Construction materials all over. Holes in walls, broken light fixtures. Had no choice as reservation states no refunds for canceling. Didn't have extra funds to book somewhere else. Host wouldn't answer calls and denied any accountability for their error when asked for a partial refund and then cut all communication. Beware. I should have paid more attention to the red flags given in previous reviews because they happened to me and worse.
