I gave this stay a terrible review because someone, either at Hotels.com or Hilton corporation or not, dropped the ball. We made the reservation months ago, got confirmation, received multiple reminder emails and upon arrival to check in, found out the hotel was NOT YET OPEN. The best they would offer was a room 45 minutes away from our family function. Not acceptable based on several factors.

Property is not open, need refund for 2 nights
We were shocked when we arrived at 9pm 10/11/24 for our 2-night prepaid, $428 nonrefundable stay. The Hampton Inn and Suites Pittsboro is so new it is not open yet. I need a full refund. We had to arrange other lodging at a late hour and this was very stressful and unexpected. Thank you for your help and service.
