「Hotel com potencial mas mal aproveitado. O Restaurante é fraco e o serviço do restaurante é muito mau. Nota-se que não há liderança do chefe de sala que não sabe receber clientes e os empregados passam o tempo na copa sem terem qualquer preocupação com o serviço ao clientes. A sala de jantar tinha somente 4 mesas postas o que dá um ambiente de abandono. Não se justifica o preço para o serviço oferecido. Não recomendo pois não correspondeu às expectativas.」

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「スキーを目的に滞在しました。サヴォイア・パレスの前にスキーバスの停留所があり、スキー場への移動に大変便利でした。コルティナ・ダンペッツォ自体がこじんまりとした街であり、どこに行くにも散歩がてら楽しく買い物、食事を楽しむことが出来ました。スキーで疲れた後には、プール、ジャグジーでリラックスできたことも何よりでした。また絶対訪れたいところです。グランド・サヴォイアにランクアップも魅力的ですが。」

「フロントの男性はフレンドリーで用事を頼んでも、すぐにやってくれた。朝食も美味しかった。バスのターミナルの近くにあり街の中心に位置していたので、何をするにも便利だった。ベランダからの眺めも良かった。」

「Gostamos bastante da hospedagem, hotel com uma super estrutura, quarto muito bem cuidado e bem mantido, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. Todos da equipe do hotel muito bem preparados e atenciosos. As fotos do anúncio não fazem juz ao hotel, ele é muito melhor! A decoração dos quartos é um pouco antiga, mas é do estilo do hotel, tudo bem conservado e funcionado. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com varias opções, oferecem ainda (a parte) jantar muito bem elaborado. 」

「トレチーメに近いホテルです。ホテルの周りには何もありませんが、豊かな山に囲まれていて、散策すると気持ちがいいです。私たちが止まった部屋の方角は窓から景色が望めず、少し残念でしたが、快適に過ごせました。ホテルのディナーは他の方もコメントしていますが、イマイチでした。それだけが残念なところです。」

「My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santer! We stayed in the newer building and the rooms were quite large with a lovely balcony and view. There is a nice walkway underground past the spa to get back to the lobby if it's raining or you don't want to walk outside. The spa is incredible! We did a private spa session which included a jacuzzi bath, sauna, a massage for both of us, and sandwiches/prosecco. It's two hours and totally worth the money! The hotel is a little distance from town...

「予約時に間違ってダブルルームにしてしまったが、当日フロントでツインルームに変更依頼したら、快く応じてくれた。 窓、玄関先から山々がよく見えて、大変景観のいい立地である。」
