「Overall very good hotel,as usual for Bulgaria the roads and area is not finished. Doesnot have Air-conditioning as expected in mountains, but in hot weather is impossible to cool,especially on upper floors. Simple resolution would be portable Air-conditioning units to be rented if needed for extra cost」

「The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities.」

「Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.」

「Close to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Decent service, clean and staff were friendly enough. Rooms qere sloghtly small if I'm being picky, otherwise a lovely stay」
