「We really enjoyed staying at Saint George’s Palace. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great swimming pool and spa area. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Great to have shuttle bus to gondola. 」

「Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. 」

「This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. 」

「The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. 「Σου προσφερει οτι χρειάζεται για λιγες μερες σκι. Πλουσιο πρωινό, ανετα κρεβάτια,καυτό νερο ολη μέρα,πολυ ζεστο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. Ακομα θα μπορουσε το προσωπικό να ειναι πιο φιλικό και ευγενικό.」
