A smart lock system ensures a hassle-free entry and exit process while the ample parking space accommodates your vehicles with ease. From the dedicated workspace for remote work to the warm, indoor fireplace to curl up to, our property brings you encapsulated comfort interspersed with nature.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you will be met with the seclusion of nature, but still just be a quick drive to a Back 40 Trailhead. Removed enough to feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle, but close enough to easily access Bella Vista & Bentonville. 20 minutes to Elk River floating access, and 10 minutes to the Little Sugar or Bella Vista, AR, lake systems. 10 minutes to Back 40 trails, 30 minutes to Downtown Bentonville and the amazing restaurant scene there.
Getting Around:
Our home is isolated getaway, so we recommend a personal vehicle to access our tiny home.

Strictly a non-smoking property, our retreat advocates responsible exchanges. Parties are a no-go and late checkouts attract an additional fee. Moreover, to ensure our furry friends do not incur undue cleaning charges, they will be charged a fee per stay. We allow up to 2 housebroken dogs, but are unable to host cats at this time. House rules and fees aside, our prime focus is to ensure you relish a truly enchanting escape amidst Missouri's beckoning wilderness.
