「The hotel was nice overall. Our bedding was dirty when we first arrived and it needed to be changed. We were also missing several towels upon arrival. Breakfast prices are too high for the quality of food that was provided.」

「スタッフの対応は基本良く、中でもtenderlyさんの印象は特に良かった。しかしもっと積極的に客の荷物を運んで欲しい場面もあった。絶景の景色には脱帽だ。いままで滞在したホテルの中でもトップ5位にランクインするぐらいだ。しかし、空港からホテルまでのアクセスは大変！かなりの山道を1時間以上かけて車で走り、ホテルに着いた頃には気分が悪く、部屋を楽しむ余裕がなかった。部屋は窓がない完全オープンなところが魅力だが、部屋の中にあるプールの掃除が徹底されてないと、葉や虫の死骸が浮いていて入りづらい。」

「Picturesque but lots and lots of stairs 」

「眼前に迫る世界自然遺産「プチ・ピトン」は圧巻。レストランからのカリブ海の眺望も素晴らしい。シュガービーチへのシャトルがあるので、ホテルにはプールしかないがビーチも楽しめる。本来なら１２時チェックアウトだが、ビーチに午後行くと言ったら、その日は他に宿泊客がいないからといって、夕方までタダで部屋を使わせてくれた。」

「This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. 」

「Great view which is the key selling point. The rooms are nice, clean, good WiFi. The property does not offer any food besides a very limited breakfast. It would be great to have a bar for drinks on the gorgeous deck. Roads to the property are a mess and parking is very limited! 」

「The individuals that operate this property made my stay exceptional. They reached out to me in advance to ensure I knew where the property was and to confirm my time and date of arrival. When I reached the property, I was greeted and given a tour of the property and its amenities. Additionally I was given a tasty welcome drink. My room was fully stocked with towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap/body wash, coffee, tea and various other condiments. It was super clean and was cleaned daily by...
