The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. 「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe studio and the views were beautiful. The quality of the furniture, cookware, bedding, etc. was excellent. The accommodations are exactly as they have described. 「The environment was nice and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. After a nice 10 minute walk you can find yourself a bus stop where you can get into Rodney Bay in no time. So the place was definitely the perfect location.」

「this was a disappointment , first off they left me a 1/4 roll of bathroom tissue with no extra and never brought anymore for 8 days . the place is old and tired ,the furniture is spent . the sofa had a smell ,i had to put bath towels on it to sit . the A/C in the room didnt work and it was hot . there wasnt any chest of drawers to unpack my bag . the hangers were also tired and spent . no one ever came by to see how i was doing or otherwise . even tho i sent a text of things that were missing...
