「Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. 「This was a lovely house just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 6, but could easily fit more people. The only downside was the property by the lake. It was overgrown and not well cared for. If it had been summer there’d be nowhere to sit and enjoy the lake without sitting amongst the weeds.」

「Jeff was very kind with us! He let us use all the amenities of the house. He even sent a person to help with the outdoor cleaning. The wedding was a dream, the lake, the view, and the people around, is a perfect spot to enjoy with the family. The next day for sure we used the kayak and the jacuzzi 😍 Thanks for everything Jeff!」

「The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. 「The Gate House served as a perfect place for our daughter and her bridal party to get ready for her wedding. There was plenty of room for the six bridesmaids to work with the hair stylists, makeup artist and photographer. The Groom and his crew had fun in the basement game area until the photographer was ready for pictures down by the pond. Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!」

「When we asked for clean towels and the housekeeper was rude about giving them to us. We called to have something fixed and no one ever came to fix it. Low pressure in the toilet. Parking was not plowed during a snowstorm making it difficult to get out. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar tenders were very friendly and service was excelled. 」
