"I specifically choose this hotel because, unlike others, it did not indicate that there would be an additionally charge to use the spa. I was bitterly disappointed on arrival to be told it was NOT included. I would have chosen the other better positioned hotel if i had known that in advance. VERY DECEPTIVE.
