「Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

「We‘ve spent many weeks on the island in the last few years and rented several houses. This is, by far, the most practical, modern, well-located, calm house we‘ve stayed at. The house with two bedrooms is very spacious and airy. The pool is a perfect size and the water temperature is splendid. The air conditioning is pure bliss in summer, but we didn‘t need it much because the house is nice and cool as it is.
