Rented the house to watch the Fiesta Bowl with friends and family. For the most part, the house was great. But I’ll never rent another house managed by Vacasa. Their customer service is almost criminal. One of the reasons for renting the house was the heated pool. Per the website, I notified Vacasa 48 hours in advance to turn on the pool heater. No response. The next morning, I reached out again, with no response. I started calling and calling, but couldn’t get through. I then tried their texting service, and texted with someone who was truly incompetent, but who promised that someone would get back to me. They never did. And of course, the pool was not heated. One week later, Vacasa finally emailed saying they were glad they could help with my concern. Needless to say, I responded and let them know how I felt. Again, the house was fine. But do not rent from Vacasa. Their incompetence isn’t worth the hassle.
