"I had a issue with the deadbolt lock and the sink not draining. The maintenance lady came to my room and looked the issues, went down stairs and came back that they were moving me to a suite. The maintenance lady helped me with my stuff to moved to the new room. When I went downstairs I thanked the lady at the front desk for the new room and she said they wanted to make sure the customers were happy. I would recommend this Hampton Inn."

"Check in was good, hotel room was very basic, and needed some updates, doors scratched up needing repainted, stains on the bedskirt, curtains and lounge chair..stayed 3 nights, did not have housekeeping come in the room but when we went to ask for extra towels were told that they have a towel shortage...swimming area was nice but trees surrounding area were loosing leaves into the pools and hot tub....no continental breakfast, had small items to individually purchase. "
