「Hotel was great. Expedia sucks. I accidentally booked thinking there was a pool. When I asked the managers if I could finish my first night stay and cancel the rest of my stay so I could move to a hotel that had a pool, they said that wasn’t a problem on their side. They then explained that since I booked through Expedia, I would have to work with Expedia to get the refund. 「Communication was great from management. We loved our Junior Sweet room. 」

「Very nice property and except for an occasional train it was very quiet location. We have stayed at a couple other locations in Washington and the traffic noise was terrible, not so at this property. Great view of the Missouri River and close to all the activities on Front Street. A couple little amenities could be added but nothing that we couldn’t do without. Will definitely stay here again.」
