This is a beautiful Rittenhouse Square area apartment that is spacious and adequately acquainted with all the necessities! The location is just a few blocks away from many fun attractions including museums, restaurants, parks, city hall and much more! Enjoy local eateries near the apartment such as: Good Karma Café, Friday Saturday Sunday, Spread Bagelry, Honey's Sit 'N Eat, and much more!

Guests can easily self-check-in/check-out with the electronic entry system.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment complex. This includes a private bathroom, lightning fast Wi-Fi internet access, smart TV access, microwave, refrigerator, a comfy bedroom, luxurious living room and a stay on Philadelphias most prestigious address!

The unit is good for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4. The additional 2 guests can sleep on the sofa bed (full-sized). We can provide beddings for additional charge (please inform us upon booking).

Our stay overall was fair. Host was hard to reach when I arrived for early check-in as previously agreed upon and did not return my several calls and decided to text me almost an hour and a half later asking “who is this?” The place was nice but the living room searing wasn’t that comfortable. The TV kept disconnecting from the wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. Host doesn’t allow you to adjust the temperature in the place and you have to contact them to make adjustments, this was very uncomfortable for us overall. There are people living in the building that slam the front door all times of the day and night and it is right next to the apartment door so that does get annoying. The shower is really small and not the best for washing up, but we made it work. Despite all this, our stay was decent and we enjoyed our time but probably would not stay again considering all the nuance of inconveniences and poor communication at our agreed upon time of arrival.
