Na odludziu, lecz z ladnym widokiem.
Hotel jest bardzo ladnie polozony, w pieknej zieleni, na skalistym zboczu, schodzacym ku morzu. Caly czas chodzi sie po kamiennych, wysokich schodkach - raz w gore, raz w dol. Personel slabo zna angielski. Przy basenie tlum osob z malymi dziecmi i halas niesamowity. Polozony na odludziu, jedyna restauracja na zewnatyrz oddalona o ok.400 m.

Tuyệt vời.
Ngoài ra có 1 điểm nhỏ là toilet bị hỏng cần gạt. Mặc dù có nhân viên đến sửa nhưng sau đó lại hỏng. Resort cần nâng cấp lại.

Slitet och dålig skött
Lita inte på bilderna som visas varken på hotels.com eller på deras egen hemsida. Hotellet känns förfallet, som att det är byggt för länge sedan och ej omhändertaget. Vi möttes av dålig service från början men fick bättre service när vi fick prata med managern för hotellet då vi ville avbryta vår vistelse. Restaurangens mat var helt ok men miljön är väldigt tråkig.

Chambre remplie et salle. Nourriture médiocre. On a du attendre 35 min pour avoir un cocktails hors de prix avec en cadeau des fourmis à l intérieur. Cloportes énormes dans la chambre. Hôtel vétuste et mal entretenu. Vraiment hôtel a oublié... Il devait peut être être bien il y a de cela 10 ans !!!!

Needs updating, shabby, old fashioned
Nothing around the hotel, you need to travel for shops, entertainment, restaurants, . Although being only 120miles away from Ho Chee Min, it takes between 5 and 6 hours to get to the hotel. It take so long to get anywhere. Not enough sunbeds. Although staff are willing and helpful it takes time for them to do things. Taxi fares are very expensive and if does not help when Expedia book your taxi from the airport to your hotel and it turns out that the taxi company only works in Ho Chee Min city. It then takes 2.5 hrs to sort out another taxi. Not a good start to the holiday. Then thinking that the taxi has already been paid for you have a further £100 to pay to get to your hotel. Not a good start. We are used to travelling in this part of the world but this is the worst hotel we have been to.

Det var för långt från andra ställen, man fick åka taxi i ca 30min för att äta på restaurang. Men tycker man om allt i ett så passar denna plats, Låg oerhört vackert och barmvänligt, men mycket trappor, kanske inte bästa ställe för dem med sämre funktionalitet.

Great for relaxation
If you just want to relax by one of the many pools then this place is perfect in every way, but if you want to go into Mui Ne or visit the sand dunes, then the location is terrible as it's such an effort to try to get to anywhere..There is a local bus number 6 that goes to Phan Thiet, & then can change to the number 1 to Mui Ne, but it takes nearly two hours & there are no buses there in time for sunrise at the sand dunes & no buses back at sunset, so you'll have to take an extremely expensive taxi!! The food was really good, it looked expensive, but the portions were huge so it worked out good value.

full hotel review honestly

- overcharged for motorbike rental $25 perday
- washroom fan not working
- upgraded room for no charge 1 day other 2 days i was charged $15x2=$30 for upgrade
- booked massage but booking not ready
- new room no air conditioning could not sleep too hot
- room not ready at all no towels
- safe deposit box problem asked 10 times and finally i had to stand there to walk staff to room to fix it
- phone not working
- dinner at new years eve was awful we had to cook our own food. Jan 1
- No air conditioning still
- 8am i told front desk to fix the air conditioning before we return at 5
-air conditioning not working still
- returned but not fixed
- we could not sleep

- we can not rest at hotel bc a/c
- returned at hotel at 10pm
- gave up just goto hotel to sleep
