Disappointing for a claimed four star hotel. Our room was very noisy - we could hear the TV from the room next store, footsteps from the room upstairs, noise from the street and bus depot outside, and worst of all our mini-fridge made obnoxious noises constantly.
On top of that, the hotel was full of surprise upcharges — a $22/night charge for our kids to stay with us in the room, a resort fee of $41/nights, and $34/night parking even though Expedia covered $26/night. All of that increased the price by basically $200 for two nights unexpectedly, at a not very great hotel.
Breakfast was great, but stay somewhere else and go to one of San Francisco’s many great local bakeries or brunch spots.
