Our house can accommodate up to 16 guests in four comfortable bedrooms.

Guest Access:
The property is located within an exclusive complex. Entry is through key handover by building staff. Guests will enjoy private access to all mentioned areas.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for enjoying days in front of the beach. Nearby are tourist spots and activities for those seeking adventures. Just minutes away from highly-rated restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and fun.

Getting Around:
We recommend moving around the area by car or a safe taxi service. The airport is less than 30 minutes away by car. Additionally, free parking is available on the property. Feel free to use our airport transportation service at an additional cost.

Other Things to Note:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM
- No smoking in any areas.
- Max. 16 guests allowed.
- An additional cleaning fee of 800 mxn (45 usd) will be charged for every long-term reservation (over 8 days).
- Visitor policy: no visitors allowed.
